How do I open a live trading account?

To open a live trading account, click the “Sign Up” button in the top right of our website. Follow the steps and upload your documents for verification. We’ll email you with your account details and you’ll be ready to trade!

Can I open a demo account?

Yes, we offer demo accounts to all of our clients. These can be used by beginners to help understand how CFD trading works, or by professionals to try out new strategies without any risk.

In which currencies can I open an account?

Trojan Markets clients can open a trading account in USD, EUR, GBP and AUD. We recommend opening your account in the currency you’ll be depositing and withdrawing in, to avoid any unexpected conversion fees!

Can I open more than one account with Trojan Markets?

No. You can only have one trading account with Trojan Markets. If you want to make changes to your trading account please contact [email protected] with your request and we will assist you.

What documents does Trojan Markets require to open a live account?

In order to verify your identity, we need a copy of your valid Passport, National ID card or Driver’s Licence. We’ll also need a recent (within the last 3 months) proof of address, such as a utility or bank statement in your name.

What deposit methods does Trojan Markets offer?

You can add funds to your account through various methods including using a debit or credit card, or via Cryptocurrency, E-Transfer (Interac), and bank wire transfer. Please note, however, that we are unable to accept cash or cheque deposits.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit amount is USD 250 or equivalent in your base currency.

How can I withdraw funds from my account?

In “My Account”, click on “Withdraw Funds” and fill out the form in order for us to process your request. If you have deposited funds from a credit or debit card within the last 12 months, we will be able to return funds to that card. Please note that we are unable to transfer funds to third party accounts, so sometimes, we might ask for additional information about the account in order to verify the withdrawal.

Are my deposited funds segregated from Trojan Markets’s business funds?

Yes, your funds are held in a Segregated Client Account . The funds you hold with Trojan Markets can only be returned to you and cannot be used for any other purpose.
